Rhythm and Reads allows you to:
• Create and manage personal book libraries with reading tracking
• Generate AI-powered music playlists inspired by books
• Match books with songs and share reflections with the community
• Follow other users and engage with their content
• Track reading sessions and maintain reading statistics2.1 Licence to Use the App
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to download, install and use one copy of the Rhythm & Reads mobile application on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and strictly in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the digital store where you obtained the App.You must not:
• copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the App (except where such restrictions are prohibited by law);
• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App or any portion of it;
• bypass or disable any security or technical features of the App;
• use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.We reserve all rights in and to the App not expressly granted to you under this licence.Apple Music Integration: When using Apple Music-related features in the App, you agree to comply with Apple's Terms of Service (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/) in addition to these Terms.iOS ("Apple App Store") specific notice

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this licence section and may enforce it against you. You must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service when using the App.3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis; charges will continue and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
